I got into a big panic just now. After doing my grocery shopping at Carrefour, I went to the tram stop to find out that there was an (impromptu) manifestation affecting my line!!! There was an announcement calmly asking us to take the metro instead. As if the metro goes everywhere!!!

I went into a semi frenzy because I was under the hot sun carrying a bag full of groceries. The only 2 modes of going back were walking (impossible due to heavy bag of groceries) or cycling (impossible coz I was wearing skirt).

So I called mr Kane to ask him to help me find which bus goes back. While waiting for help, I made friends with a Jap girl at the bus stop, stranded like me. While we were in the midst of wondering what to do, a tram appeared from another direction to our stop and picked us up!!!

I'm done with 2 papers, 2 more to go next week. So far so good, I should be able to pass the last 2 I took; I did my best. I answered some of my Mat Science in english for certain questions when I really couldn't do it in french.

Seems like people bond better over tough times; I've gotten quite close to my classmates during the exam period. Leaving here will be so tough.
